The name must contain the word "Corporation," "Incorporated," "Company," or an abbreviation thereof, or words or abbreviations with the same meaning in another language. It must be distinguishable from the name of any domestic corporation, authorized foreign corporation, domestic or foreign limited liability company or partnership, or reserved or registered name in the state of Utah.

Minimum Number: Not less than three, unless there are only one or two shareholders of record; then the number of directors may be less than three but not less than the number of shareholders.
